Okay, that question was a deflection because I don’t want to admit that I am doing pretty poorly in this department. My body is MAD about that too.

I’ve taken to staying up all night to work on the plans for my business. It isn’t insomnia though because I am forcing myself to stay awake. I don’t know what it is, but I seem to think more clearly, have more creative ideas in the middle of the night. Perhaps because all of the distractions aren’t interrupting my thoughts.

The good thing is that I’ve gotten a lot done.

Since its the start of a new year, I’ve decided (like many other folks) to take this time and focus my energy on doing better for Nicole. I didn’t exactly make any resolutions for the new year, but I did decide to stop procrastinating about doing things that I know I need to do. Like focusing on my weight and my food intake.
